The location is inside of a convenience store, which I was not aware of initially. I had not uploaded my drivers license and the clerk had to call someone else to provide instructions in between that I'm waiting until other people have been served to continue my service. There was a lot of back and forth. Not convenient at all! I had requested a dolly online, there was none! Which was a huge inconvenience! I was charged for it, plus insurance I had rejected.
