This U-Haul location purposely gave us the wrong car dolly. We did not find out until we dropped it off. When loading our Malibu(standard sudan height) onto the dolly, it would not go up without causing damages to our front bumper. We ended up having to use boards to lift our car on to the dolly. We assumed this was normal due to the guy saying it would work for our car. When placing our order - we specified it was a Malibu with the year so that the correct model of dolly would be given to us. The day of the pick up he said, "Oh well I'll just give you the K model" - that of course meant nothing to us. When we dropped off the dolly, the lady stated that we were given the wrong model for our vehicle. It was too tall for our Malibu. Why would U-Haul purposely give us this incorrect model? Are they not concerned for their customers safety? We called into the call center and received no help. He just said he would pass it on to the store manager at this location and we have yet to hear a word from anyone. As a military family, we have been regular customers during moves. U-Haul will no longer have our business.

We stood in line for at least an hour. Don't understand why there couldn't be more cashiers? Not organized at all. The equipment was in excellent condition.

I called to find out the rate to rent a 2 wheel tow dolly, a generic U Haul #. I did not make a reservation once I was told that this location had several and that I would be there in 15 minutes. But the rep on the phone asked me the specs on what was being towed and the towing vehicle. I was going to tow a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 2011 Ford E350 cargo van. The rep said fine so I went to the location to rent it. There were several people in line ahead of me as to be expected. Once at the counter, I gave those same specs to the attendant, he then said that my vehicle could not tow that much weight. I balked, trying to explain that it would. He responded "did you make a reservation?". I said no, at which time he repeated that I could not rent a dolly. I left and called the vehicle seller and he said that the attendant was wrong and that I should call corporate. I called the generic U Haul # again, explained what happened. That rep ask me for the specs and said the attendant was wrong and for me to place a reservation. I did and went back to the store only to see an even longer line than originally. I walked up front and interrupted the same attendant , telling him that I just made a reservation by phone and that he was wrong. He said I needed to get back into the line and then be served. Stop changing the location of pick up and drop off. I reserved m truck 3 weeks in advance and specified locations that would work for me. At the last minute you changed the pickup location and time of pick up. I had to rearrange my plans and fortunately friends were able to help me out. You then changed the drop off location to one that was more inconvenient for me and fortunately I had friends who were able to bail me out, I was offered nothing for this inconvenience.
