The customer service at Uhaul was exceptional. However they have a list of movers that you can add. I highly recommend that YOU DO NOT USE MILITARY MOVERS. How dare they taint the name Military..shame!!! I clearly stated a dresser with a mirror they bring one guy in a car..really. They were not told what they were moving by the owner. However Douglas and Shakur went out of their way to correct the inconvenience their supv made. Stay away from Military Movers. Then they would only refund $5.95FELICIA V.

Bad experience my first time using Uhaul..ðŸ˜’. I was told if a bring the truck after hours it will be a $20 until they called me and the agent was very rude on the phone that she is going to charge me $100 because ,there is a family waiting for the truck.. Not knowing, I checked my bank account and there was $300 plus charge on my card which I did not authorize them to chage ..... So 1 they laid about the agreement and I made sure I repeated myself before taking the truck ðŸšš.. I would not recommend this location to anyone .. Especially the telegraph Rd location in Woodbridge ,Virginia.. I will never use uhsul again nor encourage anyone I know to use their services especially that location ...FAMIAAMI K.
When checking out the truck, the customer service of the supervising lady really sucked. She was rude. The truck is ok. Upon return, the customer service of the lady who inspected the truck and computed the mileage was great, total opposite of the other lady. Please count the blankets in each plastic bag. If the previous customer returns 5 blankets instead of 6 and an U-Haul employee doesn't count the blankets upon return, the next customer gets one fewer blanket to use AND may get charged for 'losing' a blanket that actually the previous customer didn't return. The only thing if they ever could do is try to report the people that are outside trying to freelance their own business. It's almost harassing and I don't know if you have to contact the state or county and report these individuals. They come up to your car it's almost insulting scary in away. When a customer returns equipment there is no additional charges added to them when the equipment was return it had no more then 28 miles on it, but you all said that I had 42 miles form u-haul to my house 11/2 miles form my Daughter's house is 11.2 miles and form my Daughter's back to Woodbridge to put fuel in the equipment so it could with a 1/2 tank of fuel it was about 14 miles. I was okay until I was charged more than the receipt emailed to me. My charges were 36.09 and suddenly I see a charge for 49.12. I stayed until the vehicle was checked and milage taken. How then am I charged more than what the checkout person who took back the vehicle and confirmed the milage and charges with me? Additionally, when I came in to pick up the truck, the clerk that checked the truck out to me was visibly high (slow and completely red eyed). He also asked for my payment card even though it was on file because I made the reservation online and was required to provide payment. The woman clerk had to show him to scroll down on the page to see that information. While that part isn't as important to me, it is important to me that I was charged more than what was confirmed upon return. It wasn't like I left without the truck being fully checked out first, the milage and price confirmed and a receipt sent to me. That is NOT okay. You cannot confirm a price, send the receipt and then charge $10 more than what was confirmed at checkout. To me, that's stealing. Either you are stealing from your customers or you have someone who works there who is stealing from you and compensating by charging customers extra.Tiffany B.
I booked a trailer for a 24 hour period and when I came to pick it up he said the price had doubled. I asked why hew said 24 hours counts as 2 days. I then asked to change it to return it by the time they closed that evening. which would have been for 10 hours. he did then he said if it comes back after 7 pm there would be an overnight drop off fee of $20? I went with it and they send me a confirmation via email. when I got home i reviewed the email and noticed he had changed the rental to only 4 hours. I then had to call U-Haul yo get the time corrected. this was the worst experience with U-Haul I have ever had.John F.
