Sales associates didn’t seem to know what to do, and were very unsure of themselves. They couldn’t locate our contract due to a “computer glitch”, and insisted we document our own information in regards to our truck rental (ie: mileage, pictures of any damages (there was no assessment done), and also showed us the wrong truck which misrepresented what we were getting. Lastly, we had troubles starting the truck once getting it home, and we then found out that they had given us the wrong kind of key. It was a very frustrating process.

The customer parking is severely lacking. There are always Uhaul trucks and other cars parked in customer spots - which makes it difficult in such a tight quarters. I ended up having to park in a no parking zone in order to pick up. If it could be managed that people do not park their uhaul or other non-customer cars in the lot, that would be great! :) Other than that - perfect experience as always!

Very easy and simple process. Needed to extend my reservation at the very last minute for a few more hours and they extended it to the next day. I didn’t need it that long but it was refreshing to know they gave me all the extra time I needed. I always use this Uhaul location for my rental truck needs and they continue to meet and exceed my expectations every time.

Work on the pre-check in. It's not worth taking the time doing it online and then coming into the U-Haul and spending another 30 min going over the same information.

The truck this time was not as nice. Is was definetly in the fleet for a long time. The oil light was on, the truck bounced around more than the other 26’ truck I rented, and it had a lot of wind noise unlike the other truck. It seemed safe and would not keep me from renting it for the local needs, but I would suggest keeping an eye on it.

The rental process was somewhat confusing, and the personnel hooking up my trailer could have used more training. But it was winter time and the freezing temperature could have had something to do with it.

Truck cabin was not clean. dashboard cup holders were sticky with a thick layer of dirt from other customers beverages. Cigarette tray was full of cigarette butts. The rest of the truck was fine.

Uhaul did not provide military discount. After i receive my paperwork for my truck i waited in the cold for 15 mins because employee could not find key to the truck.

First you known driving out of town I try and reserve the truck I am told the truck is 279. When I get there I have tobpau 306. That doesn't even count for asking them to stop the vehicle off to me and they didn't. Then you give me a vehicle with barely any gas. I fill up the tank and told any miles I don't use I will get reimbursed. Then I return the vehicle with more gas and less miles then I needed and told that I will not be reimbursed for the 18 miles I didn't use. After I was told by YOUR REPRESENTATIVE THAT I WOULD BE. I FEEL THAT I WAS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF. UHAUL BENEFITED FROM THIS AND I AM OUT OF MONEY I COULD USE FOR THIS LONG MOVE.
