Awful! Awful! Awful! I was told I could return the trailer early. I was trapped in the parking lot, because someone had blocked the drive way. I had to call the police for assistance!!! The U-Haul 1800 number staff person was condescending and said they get this complaint ALL the time and there is nothing she could do about it. She gave me a local number and that person was ABSOLUTELY MEAN! Another customer was completely blocked in when I was there at 9 pm at night. The local number refused to call the manager and provide assistance. The next morning, NO ONE called me to offer an apology. U-Haul needs customer service training. This is my first rental and what a horrible experience.

Please ensure that a customer is informed about your location not having the moving accessory reserved by the customer. My move required a furniture dolly which I reserved when making my reservation online. When I picked up the truck, I was told that there were no dollies available. Had I known that in advance, I could have opted to select another location.

I'd recommend that the associates that work the morning shift be prompted that they are still working with the the public, and as such should be a bit more receptive when dealing with your customer base. The associate that dealt with my order was rather short and at times condescending in my opinion (I did not realize that I could just pick up my truck when I did the self pick up option online..my assumption was that it would need to be done inside for checkin). I would just like for your staff to understand that things do happen, but a bit of patience goes a long way for a better situation for all parties involved (both the customer and the associate).

I dropped off my 10 foot rental at this location after the store had closed, but I still received a timely and accurate close out statement from them early the next morning! The service I received from Ms. Hernandez was below par. Her disposition was that she didn’t want to be there doing this work. It made the experience of renting the truck bad. Though, the van and equipment was really essential to getting my work done, my in store experience left a lot to be desired.

The lady who checked me in was quick and professional. However, the right mirror did not adjust, which made driving the truck extremely dangerous! Also, the drivers seat belt would get stuck each time I attempted to unlatch it. This truck should be either retired or fixed! I was extremely disappointed as I always rent w Uhaul but I after this I will explore other options.

The customer service is horrible. First of all, Upon returning the truck i felt like i was pounced on. I walked in, expecting to go to the counter to return the truck, however, a young lady came out of nowhere asking to help.. ?? I said i was returning and tried to give her my contract. She said i could keep it and asked if i wanted to get an email receipt which i said yes as she walked toward the door to the truck.. i asked my son if he knew her. Because at that moment i was wondering what was going on?? I decided to treat my 19 year old son to ihop for breakfast however, after i ordered i went to check my email to find out that i was charged for 2 days instead of one day which was stated to me upon renting the truck.. I panicked because I didnt have much .money IN my account , i then see a secound email with a refund for $ 84. I iimmediatly call u haul to ask. They said tbey made a mistake and double charged me but they caught it and refunded. I told then i needed that money as i was moving that day. Thank God I had $36 left in the bank after that debacle.i wouldn't have been able to pay for my sons meal. First of all i had to call them after i found out thru email. Only to be told i have to eait 2 to 3 days to get my money back. He apologised and told me his mgr. Said if there'san overdraft charge to let her KNOW they would do something .. i had breakfast and went to finish moving. I needed help to get rid of some things but i had no money left to get another.truck or hire anyone.IT WAS TIED UP. i called the mgr. As stated i neede help withthe use of a vehecle and the answer was No. call your bank she could send an email. My bank of course can not see any returns on their end.. long story short i was stuck moving because of a " cliche in the system " thank God i get my direct deposit today I have to rent a smaller truck to get rid of somethings.. i know where I'm Not Renting from any more Joseph Hollis

Long line and only one person working on a holiday weekend. She had to do everything from check people in to go and get there trucks for them. I actually felt badly for her. YOU NEED MORE PEOPLE WORKING, she can't do it all!!!!

Equipment issues. I started out with what I believed was a quarter of a tank of gas (why there would only be a 1/4 of a tank is beyond me). 2 miles later, the gas light came on. The app check out process needs work. I had to run around and flip through >10 trucks trying to find one. Regardless I needed to go back inside to get the keys so it just made more work for myself.
