During my confirmation call, I requested an update to my reservation's drop-off location (from Snohomish to Woodinville), which was confirmed on the phone. Unfortunately, neither Snohomish nor Woodinville appears to have been told, because I got a call the next day from Snohomish saying they hadn't received the trailer back. I spent the next hour on multiple calls between them, the origin branch, and actual Woodinville drop-off to make sure everyone was on the same page and I wasn't accidentally charged for an extra day. Initially when I called Woodinville, they claimed the 5x8 trailer I was describing had not been dropped off at their location (which was untrue; I had dropped it off with my sister at about 9:30pm the previous night). The problem came to light that my reservation had a different (4x8) trailer number on it rather than my actual trailer number that I had (5x8). This was because I had been upgraded to a 5x8 when I was told on my confirmation call that a 4x8 wasn't available at my origin location for that day, but the paperwork was never updated. Also, the person at Woodinville claimed I hadn't dropped off a trailer because they couldn't see one fitting that description from the office window. After I insisted, they said they would go out into the yard and take a look (I told them it was just behind a truck, blocked from view at that angle). Shortly after the call ended, I received an email confirmation that my trailer was dropped off successfully at the Woodinville location, but no call to confirm. I called back to the Snohomish location, they reloaded their webpage, and my reservation cleared from their queue, so it looks like everything was resolved. So it was a bit stressful and I ended up having to do a lot work to resolve things myself, which is not ideal when using a service. I'd still recommend this branch since it has a convenient location and it looks like a lot of the issues arose as a result of lack of communication between the reservation confirmation line and the respective branches. My only complaint about this location in particular would be that the person on the phone kept insisting my trailer wasn't there when all they had to do was look around the side of a 16' truck parked right across their line of sight, and see it.

Did not have the appliance dolly we reserved. That made moving the fridge we had rented the truck for more difficult. The were nails left rolling around in the cab and back of truck.

actually, i'm a bit disheartened at the time it took to check in [as i did an online quick check in] and that the charge for the Trailer insurance was 'added/thrown in' on site at Dougs w/o my request. I caught it before i signed, but then it would have been another 30 min for him to remove the charge as the computer was 'acting up.' I should be refunded that charge ... but i do not wish to spend any more time than this survey to request it.

I am not at all happy that our location to pick up the truck was changed to a different location. We ended up paying $60 more due to the location switch. Will use a different company next time. Uhaul should've worked with us on the mileage part due to the location change. I'm very disappointed in the fact that they didn't work with us regarding that. Spoke with a customer service rep and they weren't willing to do anything. Just disspointed:(

Rudeness is unacceptable and unprofessional. I suggest the U Haul and Doug's Boats schedule extra cushion in the turn-around time for a drop off and then pick up. Unforeseen circumstances can arise with no control of the customer.

Please fix your website. I selected a U-Haul on page 2, which was Doug's in Woodinville. Instead you gave the pick up for my rental in Lynnwood which your computer thought was closer. Doug had to switch it. Something is wrong with your website pickup location software.

Truck smelled like wet dog so I put a air freshener in it and it was dirty, otherwise driving and hauling was up to par.

The inside of the cargo van we rented was dirty, it had bark chips in it. I had to clean it in order to use it. In the past trucks were clean when I rented them. Also I felt the employee was rushing us out when we returned. I was willing to wait for him to read the mileage and check gas.
