Great service
KENNETH LMake sure the employee is well trained and does what they are supposed to do. But for the most part the employees were friendly and helpful, then my issues happened. If ever again I will take a picture of the odometer. I did check the gas gage and it was full. It would have been helpful for the employee to write down the mileage on my paperwork and then me to agree to it. I learned my lesson. But it shouldn’t have to be this way. But Belinda at the Woodlawn Tennessee store tried to reassure me that I wouldn’t have to pay the 1000 dollars. She spent a lot of time on the phone working to get that straightened out, and she did a good job. She deserves a raise or a bonus.
