After burning through 2000 miles in 3 days, the drop off was a couple days before our schedule, and we dropped the truck off while to U-haul rep was at lunch. One of the other people on site took our keys and said we would get a text when she returned and checked everything in. Total time for drop off was just minutes. We made sure we left the truck clean and fueled, and there were zero problems to report. We received a text a short time later that everything was complete and there were no suprises.
