Due to some overbooking I had to pickup my auto trailer in Woodruff, but I was well compensated for the inconvenience. Spartanburg went out of their way to please me. The Woodruff location had it ready but no one to assist in the hookup. Should a customer need help in hooking up or other assistance there was no one available. But the clerk was very friendly.

marie rBusiness did not disclose $15 added safe move fee, it was added on without my knowledge. They did however remove it after I lodged a complaint with UHAUL. People are friendly and equipment well maintained, only giving it three stars due to not disclosing the fee during the online estimate.
Timothy BLots of parking!! App wasn’t working so I had to go inside for some support. She was very helpful and was able to get me through the process of checking the equipment back in. I’m glad they were still open!!
