The person who checked me in said it was his second day. He was very nice, but he had received very little training in doing the check in. It required almost 30 minutes to complete the process.
Bruce KThey were closed for at least two days due to illness with no back up plan. Left message but never received a call back. Not sure how you can run a business like that.
KENNETH BI dropped it off during closed business hours. I did not interact with anyone.
SUSAN Bhad trouble with location not being open but the app said it was open and miss communication was happening on U-Haul side. if you want me to be happy give me a reimbursement for my troubles. The hrs i rented the truck was from 8am - 5pm but was told i have to have the truck back at 3pm. Also i was told to show up at the U-Haul place at 9am. I did not get my full hrs of renting the truck and was still charged full price. U-Haul did not cover their end of the contract.
