There is a sign on the door saying something about no swearing or yelling will be tolerated. That's reasonable. We don't swear or yell; however, she approached us just assuming we would be a problem. My husband was upset because our engine blew on the way to vacation, which we now were unable to take. I told her that him being upset had nothing to do with her. It was about him being upset at the situation. She had no compassion or understanding for our situation.. If I were in her shoes, I would have approached it much differently. In addition, she said the tank was 1/2 full. It was under the 1/2 full line. After leaving we discovered that the left front light was out. The automobile needs maintenance as the transmission was not shifting properly.
