1) Assist the customer instead of having them do everything on the app for you when checking in. 2) Don't steal from the customer by tacking on additional materials that were never requested or received. 3) Don't have a dog chained to a fence next to the building, it's extremely off putting. Please refund the insurance, appliance dolly, furniture dolly, and furniture pads. I originally only ordered the appliance dolly but received the lower tier regular dolly which didn't work for what I was moving.

The app was not functioning properly when we were signing out the truck. Taking pictures was miserable to be nice. The app would not accept/ save the pictures we were taking. Thank goodness someone was there and checked on his computer and said everything was good otherwise I would have canceled my reservation. Checking out a truck to use for a few hours should not be this difficult. Disappointed in the app. Please fix your bugs.
Chris EVery disappointed in U-Haul. Truck was terrible, brakes squeaked something fierce. I chose to pick up in office and waited 45 minutes and called and was told it was an online pickup. No what I requested, so totally not happy with u-haul as a whole! Probably won’t be using them again in the future
