Incredibly awful location. 1. Owner was rude, blasting music, unhelpful, got frustrated when we were trying to drop off our rented truck, and there is not enough space for dropping off more than maybe 1 truck. 2. There was a dog chained up outside with no water in ~90° heat. Dog was clearly being not taken care of by the state of him being incredibly skinny and rolling around in his own poop and getting covered in flus and bugs. Please follow up on the poor dog.

TOMMY GVehicle was empty when I picked it up. Neither seat would move forward or backward. The steering wheel did not move down to make it a safer ride. The rental paperwork took 2 whole hours to do. It rained and the back of the truck leaked on my belongings. Also, it leaked in the cab in the cubby hole. I put 2 1/2 gallons of gas in it that put it on 1/8 of a tank. ( I put it in the truck in my driveway. I drove 4.1 miles back to the U-Haul lot and it was on empty again. I would not chose to use this location again.
Victoria C1) Assist the customer instead of having them do everything on the app for you when checking in. 2) Don't steal from the customer by tacking on additional materials that were never requested or received. 3) Don't have a dog chained to a fence next to the building, it's extremely off putting. Please refund the insurance, appliance dolly, furniture dolly, and furniture pads. I originally only ordered the appliance dolly but received the lower tier regular dolly which didn't work for what I was moving.
