UHAUL needs to install tongue jack or scissor jacks on all of their trailers before someone get an injured back. Especially when staff are busy with other customers. A customer should be able to hitch and un-hitch by themselves as sometimes removing the trailer at a destination is favorable. I have a bad back and couldn't lift the tongue off the box it was sitting on. I had to keep kicking the box out from under the tongue. Other than this issue all went well.

The furniture mats were thrown in and not folded, but other than that, everything went well.
Kasadee AI was assured by the Uhaul Rep from the toll free number that the vehicle trailer was large enough to fit my truck. It was 2ft too short and there was a sharp edge on the fender that damaged my passenger side running board when I backed the truck off after realizing the trailer wasn’t long enough. The trailer had a flat tire that I identified to the dealer and he filled it up for me, but was flat again in a few hours. I wasted half a day to travel to Woodstock because the uhaul Rep on the phone convinced me that the trailer would fit my trailer, other wise I could have just picked up the 15’ truck from the town I was already in. I also had to replace the driver’s side windshield wiper as the existing one was damaged at a personal cost of $30CAD. There was also no snowbrush in the vehicle to clear ice and snow off of the windshield and mirrors.
