I was told I cannot park the truck there because they had no space, there was only one other vehicle. So I had to find on my own another location. When I called in they said they would notify the location I found and that was not the case so it was a surprise when I arrived. Then it took days before receiving confirmation of the transactions and fees taken and was constantly interrupted for several days to assist with your issues. I’ll never use U-haul again. Terrible experience!

Clean the truck. And change the battery. Truck died on the side of the road .. didn't even have it 2 hours. And then made me late for work.
COURTNEY CTerrible expeirence, charged me for way more kilometeres diven then in reality. On return attendant dissmissed me and said everything is okay then called me 4 hours later, while i was at work, to make a payment, i had to give them my credit card information over the phone or else i wouldve gotten a late fee. Totally ridiculous. furthermore, i went into the store the next day to dispute the charges and i was told id be contacted, however i was not contacted and must now take this up with Uhaul directly. huge waste of time and possibly money. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION, if you must take photos of odometer before and after and make sure the attendant knows what they are doing. again, totally ridiculous.

MILAD RHad to move trucks myself to get to my rental truck. No outgoing inspection at all. Driver's door weatherstrip fell off so I had to try to get it back on.The wind noise in the truck was absolutely deafening!!! I ordered a dolly in reservation but there was no dolly in truck !!!! Upon dropping off it took almost 45 mins because guy had to call boss for instructions!!!! Never again will I use U-Haul or recommend to anyone.
