Had to move trucks myself to get to my rental truck. No outgoing inspection at all. Driver's door weatherstrip fell off so I had to try to get it back on.The wind noise in the truck was absolutely deafening!!! I ordered a dolly in reservation but there was no dolly in truck !!!! Upon dropping off it took almost 45 mins because guy had to call boss for instructions!!!! Never again will I use U-Haul or recommend to anyone.

Took over an hour to get the rental picked up. The person behind the counter had no idea what she was doing, kept taking personal calls and responding to text messages. Made several errors on the contract. Same issue upon return except with the added bonus of an extremely rude individual behind the counter. Called UHaul to try to straighten out the issues, which included being charged for equipment I did not receive as well as an overcharge for mileage. Still waiting on a resolution….. I was promised a call back which I have not yet received.
MICHELLE WThe truck was not clean, we had to sweep out the back as there was debris and garbage in it. There were shoes from the last person under the seat. The doors weren't locked. My initial pickup location was changed but I was not advised, so I initially went to the wrong location. I chose it because I needed a later pickup time so I picked one that was open late. I got a text saying i would have to do self-pickup using the lockbox. But when I got there the store was open and the directions on the app told me to go inside. I went in and he said it was a different location I had to go to, which was closing. My pickup time was 8:30pm and I arrived at 8:33pm after I went to the wrong location. I went in where I was yelled at by the clerk for 'being late'. He had the key so I would not have been able to do the pickup on my own, even though that's what I was supposed to do. I wasn't given a code for a lock box, nor was the key in the lock box. He told me he would have left if the other store hadn't called him.
