Thank God for Mrs Shawna and her crew plus Mr Troy, they helped immensely and were happy to do it which greatly improved the experience. The schedule system for U-Haul should be redone that part was a nightmare and the people in that side were of no help and UNPROFESSIONAL. Briefly stated DO NOT LET PEOPLE RENT OR RESERVE TRUCKS IN LOCATIONS WHERE THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE!
