The store clerk was rude and did not explain that I only had 4 hours to use the truck. I came back 30 minutes late and was double charged. The brakes on the truck barely worked and the transmission seemed to be going.

MIGUEL RThis Exxon station at 10:10 o’clock in the morning had one person running the Gas Station and the inside retail space and U-Haul. The man there I believe was the owner and had a tight trouble. I had trouble understanding him because of his strong accent. He was hasty rude unhelpful given poor instructions to an 85-year-old customer who hasn’t used any kind of a moving service for 50 years. He told me where the truck was and that was about 100 feet away and he told me where the blankets were, which are there in this in his store and I had trouble carrying 10 of these blankets. I couldn’t follow his instructions to pick the right truck. There were three trucks and he told me to make sure I got the right number. No instructions on if it was the license plate number or was number on some kind of place in the truck and it wasn’t the license plate number, but I figured it out and I was able to to put my blankets in there and get ready to leave. We use the truck for less time than we expected and when I got it back, he told me to fill up the truck and then he said fill it put the amount in that you think he used well how the hell and how the hell can you operate like that when putting the amount you think you used so I started putting putting it in and I only use it for like less than 15 miles and then when it got up around $50 worth of gas I stopped and he came out and he looked at the mileage in the truck and I don’t know what he said to me, but he wasn’t happy and I went inside and he said do you want to receipt for your gas and I said yeah we gave me a receipt for $49.75 and I only used it for less than 15 miles. What a crook I don’t think I would want him representing a lemonade stand. He was rude, abrupt, entitled, abusive, and an an idiot. He shouldn’t be selling candy bars sorry but this was. This is a bad experience. It’ll probably be my last feeling because I’m 85 years old and I had to do it all myself bye
Frank RIt was fine for a short local move. It took longer than I would have liked to check in amd out. Breaks were on the squeaky side. I would have hated to have had to of driven the vehicle in traffic.
Edward KCustomer service was rude and totally unacceptable. The business representative demonstrated a poor attitude and had incorrect information regarding my rental. Fortunately, I had documentation from U-Haul from when I made the reservation that indicated that I had the right location at the right time.
