So... I wasn’t even supposed to pick up from here. The place I reserved from didn’t even have a person on staff when I showed up, but a random wandering mechanic told me to try here, and they made it work for me

The guys were standing outside smoking cigarettes outside where I suppose to return the truck.. I don’t think I deserve to be exposed in a second hand smoke while returning the truck.he didn’t ask me if I have any question or nothing. I added more gas than I was supposed to, got no credit , my fault, it’s ur policy. He didn’t want to let me talk and ur all set free to go may be, because I return the truck and they don’t care. In my opinion, it’s bad customer service. Now it’s in ur hands to give good customer service to show ur appreciation to me doing business with you Thanks

The staff were irritated that i pulled in with a ubox. They were unprofessional. However, the manager or whoever took charge did help me and return the truck and equipment. Unfortunately, someone at Uhaul didn't finish the return as I was just charged another months rental payment in the amount of $84.95. This has been a horrible experience getting it set up and returning it. I have used Uhaul for over 20 years now....this was the worst experience by far. Your phone wait times are ridiculous as well....customer service training is desperately in need of training in person and over the phone. I just waited for 15 minutes after waiting for 10 minutes for someone to answer to only put me on hold again...then to be told someone would call me back. That was after they told me to come in so they can resolve the charge. Why should I be inconvenienced because someone at Uhaul didn't do their job!

It’s a good thing the local stores where you re-rent the U-Haul equipment do such a great job. If you have to call the main office by phone, good luck! Over 25 minutes on hold and never got to speak to a representative on more than one occasion.

My wife booked a week ago in Oxford, MA. The night before she received notice that her new pick-up location was in Whitensville, MA. When she called the new location she was told that they didn’t have her in their system and that they didn’t have the vehicle that we needed. After the initial notice I booked the same vehicle in Cherry Valley, MA. The next morning I called the location to discover that they didn’t have me in there system and that I needed to call Worcester, MA. When I callled Worcester, MA I was told that they could help but not until 3:30 PM. This was 6 hrs after when I scheduled the pick-up. I am sure that you can understand that your company caters to individuals that are more than likely moving items with the assistance of other people. Since this was our circumstance our helping hands were not available at that time which not only delayed our moving but my wife and I were forced to move everything on our own without the help of our volunteers. I guess I’m confused that FedEx can tell me the latitude and longitude of a envelope across the globe but Uhaul cannot confirm if a 4000 lbs truck is in the back lot of a participating dealer? The scheduling system you utilize is seriously flawed.

I've rented trucks from this location several times and I've always had a good experience. This time was also a good experience; the staff were friendly, quick, and efficient both with pickup and dropoff. The truck was clean, but I noted a few issues with it. Some of metal on the side of the truck was popping out and the ramp was difficult to pull in and out due to a piece of the metal underneath catching it. The rest of the truck was fine and in great working order.

I was charged for a dent in the bumper that I did not do .No one called me to examine the dent .No one even e-mailed me to discuss .This seems like a shady way to make extra money on a sale .

Absolutely nothing great customer service wise. The truck had over 106,000.00 miles and I’m guessing has never been serviced. The alignment almost felt dangerous too drive. But it got the job done. Glad it was a short distance trip.

Only reservation on the experience is that the truck we received had the drive indicators shifted by one setting and this wasn't initially explained. Example: If you put truck in "D" to start driving, it just reved the engine because it was actually in neutral "N" ..one shift over for the whole drive option. Not sure this was safe but we managed. Service was excellent otherwise.

Truck provided had a very loose mirror on right side and it has to be adjusted every now and then. Lights inside truck were not working either. Not sure but I am guessing it was given because we were dropping the truck at different location.

Road kill splattered all over the trailer. Store associate also told me originally the trailer was not there, sent me away with the 800 number. Sent back to location by them to find out it was there already wasting my time.

I know this isn’t UHaul, but I signed up for the moving help in MA that was advertised when I reserved my truck and couldn’t get in contact with the movers - I had to cancel and get a credit and had trouble booking new movers at the last minute. I don’t think you should work with moving help any longer - they actually made the experience far more stressful
