Inform customer ahead of time that when refilling the truck with gas, turning the nozzle to the side while filling helps prevent automatic shutoff of the nozzle. Other than that, it was a great experience and I would definitely consider this location for my next rental. All employees were courteous and nice.

I did my reservation yesterday october 12th around noon. When I went to the store to pick up my key later in the day around 6:30 I explained to the person helping me that I didnt kbow how to do 24 hrs pick up in the computer that's why I wanted to pick up the key at the store. The same person who made my reservation early in the day got the key for the truck I rented. I didnt get his name but he was extremely rude and so unprofessional. He had a terrible attitude. That is not how you treat costumers or people in general. Very disrespectful. I didnt said anything to him at the time because I had my two babies with me. He was complaining that I picked up the key in the store and didn't do it online. Worst costumer service by this man. Horrible experience and wont be coming back to this store again.

The online acccount had no warning the person driving had to match the account name. This was extremely frustrating. I should have been warned when I registered a week ago instead my pick up took twice as long due to online issues. The rental agent at the pickup was very helpful trying to fix the issue

the daliy rate was affordabe.we stayed with the vehicle one more day and with miles but the price of it all was highway robbery...gotta say it was not a comfortable feeling when we had seen the final price..dont understand why a second day was such a RIPOFF!!!

1. Truck was not clean 2. PUT BETTER SIGNS FOR THE ENTRANCE AND CORRECT YOUR ENTRY ON GOOGLE MAPS! MYSELF AND ANOTHER 5 CUSTOMERS ON THE SAME MORNING ENDED UP IN THE WRONG PARKING LOT WITH THE LOADING ONLY TRUCKS. IT IS EXTREMELY MISLEADING. FIX YOUR ENTRY ON GOOGLE MAPS -- RIGHT NOW YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE SENT TO THE WRONG SHOP.

There isn't enough customer parking ! The exit direction out of the equipment lot is frequently blocked by trucks. The brakes were dragging on the U-Haul trailer costing me over an hour of lost time and a TON of gas. I usually get 18.5 - 19.5 mpg on my 2015 Pathfinder towing a Motorcycle trailer with 3 dirt bikes, gas, and all our gear which exceeds the weight of your trailer loaded. The right side tires were hot when towing the trailer empty - I averaged 11.3 mpg towing the empty u-haul trailer. When The U-Haul trailer there was loaded I got 13.5 mpg. Telling me it's not just brakes, but may be bearings as well. There is also a nail in the right front tire - which I saw when I got the trailer home after you closed. The brakes dragging cost me an extra $48.00 in gas - I would like this refunded due to faulty equipment. Lenny

Make sure to check if they put what you asked for in the back of the bed. I had ordered blankets but they did not put any in the back.
