Not sure of any personal issues, but the person I talked seems was not interested in explaining what to do where to go. Maybe it was my first experience in U-Haul or maybe be I am dumb. But I was struggling to understand/proceed with limited information I had.

It’s not acceptable to call a customer 2 hours before pick up to tell them the location was moved. My rental size was not available making my move impossible. What’s the point of making a reservation? This is literally a Seinfield episode! After... I was told if I returned my vehicle after hours I would not be charged for a second day. It appears I am being charged for two day? Finally, if a service representative tells a customer that they can do an online checkout it makes sense to tell them not to drop the keys in the box until checkout is complete. I had to drive back to the store to complete my checkout. My worst UHAUL experience ever. I have used your company dozens of times. I will think twice before using you again. Not happy!



Computer crashed took over an hour to even get to me person kept checking his phone to see how many outages there were



Mobile check in did not avoid line. Van reserved was not there. Replacements mileage did not match, finally after an hour and theee vehicles I was able to go

All was great. Improvement can be made on reservation of equipment and is availability. Paid for a dolly but was not available at pick up. I am supposed to be reimbursed but it would better if customers are told when making reservation online if equipment is available. But move went well and representative was nice.

Service is more than the equipment. The personnel at the Belmont St location went over how to use the vehicle pointing out everything on the dashboard including lights, wipers, hitch, plugs and electric outlet for charging phones and other equipment. I had some problems adjusting the side mirror and returned to the store and they graciously adjusted it. The owner of UHAUL in general need to prioritize improving how to help women who want to rent a truck. They need to be helpful. By the way, providing step stools can be an added convenience for female drivers since getting into these trucks is a challenge if you are not tall.

I was given wrong information when I asked for return area close to me Meriden Ct. and was told that the closes one to return was in Hartford, Ct. after i check myself for a U-haul close to my zip code and there was one right in Meriden, Ct.

Contact customer regarding size of truck ordered. If truck is not there, a phone call should be provided prior to pick up time. Additionally, a conversation should be had to compromise on a solution.

Customer parking. There appeared to be more than 10 parking spaces marked customer parking but they all were filled. However, when I walked inside there were no customers. It appears that either employees are parking in the customer parking area and or customers are leaving their POV there while they have the U Haul truck. Maybe those customers leaving their POW could park in a different area.

For starters, I called at 1pm the day of our rental and asked if I could rent the truck for an extra day and was told there were no 20ft trucks available for the next day and that they would extend the rental till 7:00am at NO extra charge as that would be with in the 24 hour rental period. We return the truck at 7am the next day only to be charged extra. When I asked about the extra amount I was being charged they took my name and phone number and said that the manager would look into it. Then since we needed another truck we asked to rent a smaller truck and was told that the only trucks they had was the 20ft so I asked why we couldn't just keep the truck we had and rent it for 2 days. I was told that wasn't possible even though I had called the day before and was told that I couldn't rent it for an extra day as there were no 20ft trucks available. So instead of one rental charge for two days we had to pay for renting a 20ft truck twice and was charged more money for the first days rental. No I will not be using U-Haul every again...What a rip off!!!
