Our truck was double booked. It seems even when you call and reserve a rental, it means absolutely nothing because it does not mean they hold a truck for you to have .

MICHAEL DThey didn't set up mobile pick up even though they let me reserve a truck for mobile pick up. They never indicated that mobile pickup wasn't possible. Their and U-Hauls incompetence cost 4 hours ofy moving day.
