The truck was in decent condition, not the best. Was charged almost 40km extra that I did not travel which was very frustrating & still being looked into.

M HI rented the van just to move a couch. When I picked it up, it was already a bit messy — there was a plastic pail and some white debris in the back. I figured the team probably already knew about it, and since it didn’t really get in the way, I didn’t mention it. (Should have) I was charged a $25 cleaning fee on the invoice. I returned the van in the same condition I received it. I have photos from when I picked it up that show how it looked. Everything else with the rental was great.
ALLEN AI booked a cargo van with a dolly. When I got to the location, I was told that dollies never come with a cargo van. So, I ended up having to go buy a dolly. I found this very frustrating, as one of the reasons that I chose uhaul was so that I didn't have to buy a dolly.
