Everything was great with all staff. Only problem was we didn’t receive what we asked for. It was crucial that we had the equipment and space to move. We didn’t get that and now we need to figure out how to get the remaining contents moved that are now in storage.

I recommend Yellowknife Event Rentals just no U Haul. Despite there not being equipment U Haul let's you book it. Though there was not much available Event Rentals went above to ensure I had a trailer for my move.
Trent PA couple of days before designated pick-up day, I was advised that the size of truck I rented was not available. A smaller truck with a trailer was provided. There were simply not other options at this site for units. I was not able to get all my belonging into the truck and trailer provided. As a result and with no options available to me I had to leave approximately 3k-4k of furnishings and other goods in a storage unit. As well the truck as provided to me with 1 quarter tank of fuel. I was advised to return the truck with one quarter tank of fuel. Lastly it was winter and snow was on the truck. There was no snow brush provided to clean the windows of the truck.

zekiya mYellowknife location difficult to reach by phone during normal buisness hours. Given the location's poor reputation in town in terms of equipment availability and last-minute no-shows, I tried to contact the dealer multiple times with my questions, but to no avail. Luckily, the equipment I ordered was available.
