Easy process. Super clean vehicle. My experience with your online return system was horrible. it took me 45 min to upload the pictures and get through the process.
There was a dirty used glove in the passenger-side door compartment. The staff were all very nice but they were all either not wearing a mask or were wearing them incorrectly--ie. on their forehead or hanging around their necks.
25 new miles on truck when rented. what's not to love. people were fantastic. Online contactless idea is a good idea. great value for my two mile task.
Bad customer service from person setting up the trailer, also had to go to another location after doing my reservation because the trailer size previously reserved was not at the first location
Our experience overall in person was good at the above location however there was a discrepancy with the mileage report by the vehicle and what distance I know I drove. I beleive it over estimated by about 40 miles. I attempted to speak to someone at the yonkers location who was not help and did not seem to care about this. She didn't look into the issue at all. Don't have the employees name.
The online reservation system was helpful. However I would suggest also adding the key return as part the process. You arenâ€™t reminded about returning the keys until after the close out process.We almost forgot our keys.

I was very dissatisfied, When I arrived to pick up my original rental reservation, (#22997286) in white plains,NY, I was told my 20â€™ truck was not available. I subsequently had to make another reservation,(#89875536) in Yonkers, NY. The mileage fee was 50 cents more in Yonkers. I also had to spend extra time, miles and fuel. I ended up late for my appointment and could not return the truck in under 6 hours causing another charge. All told, I spent $250 more than I should have between rental charges, mileage and fuel. That doesnâ€™t include my last time, being late for my job and possibly losing one of my valued customer. The customer reps were very good but Iâ€™m totally dissatisfied with the lack of customer communication. I should have been notified well in advance that my reserved truck was not available. I have had bad experiences 3 times at this location. This will be the last U-Haul wonâ€™t get my money ever again. First the associate who gave me the truck just gave me the keys didnâ€™t show me anything I was on my own. They overcharged me again. It came with 10 miles and I paid for 48 extra miles instead of 38. The associate was rude and kept cutting me off.

All the trailers to be used for local rentals need to be looked at and refurbished. My trailer I had today 6x12 need the wiring loom for the rear lower driver's side marker light was hanging down since the tie downs that kept it in place have rotted away.

The truck was in really poor condition a trip that would have taken 30 minutes took over an hour . To switch gears was horrible not worth the headache
My gas was almost at E when i got it i had to stop at a gas station before i made any stop because i was scared the van wouldnt make it. Then when i got to uhaul to move my stuff into storage I emptied half of my van and to make my 1st trip to my storage room and the elevator broke down there was no other way for me to get my stuff upstairs so i had to cancel my booking and repack my van and take it to another storage place very inconvenient.
