I did have an issue with my final bill where the gas replacement charge (1.5 gallons of gas) did in no way correspond with my milage usage (2.5 miles) Unless the truck i used was in dire need of a tune up the mpg on the truck indicates an over charge on the gas actually used. I mentioned this to the client agent at the store and he has no response. Over charging on gas would seem to be an easily proven occurrence by the nature of your billing system and I would hope that over charging on replacement gas is not a system-wide abuse...it would open UHAUL to a very easily proven class action suit by your past customers.

Rented a 20 foot truck, only to find that it was filled 1/2 a tank. I was traveling out of state. It should be if you are traveling locally 1/2 tank; if you are traveling out of state a full tank.

I do not like the new mandatory policy to return the uhaul using your phone. It is cumbersome and inconvenient. After dealing with sun glare making it difficult to see my phone and going through a million prompts and having to reset my password to get into my account I reached the point where the website required me to turn on my location services for the internet, which I refuse to do. I was told the person helping me could not manually check me out and I had to go in and speak with a manager. She gave me either the store phone or her personal phone to log into and after going through the process again it turns out that the person outside did in fact check me out. It was very confusing and time consuming.

Credit card machine didn’t work it froze several times wasted my time. Truck was beat up. Returning The uhaul the “my uhaul “ did not work on my phone. Only reason why I would give this location 5 stars out of 10 is because of the guys that work there for there customer service. Luis, Jesus, and there was another that helped but didn’t see his name tag.
