It works for what it is
Valerie MI was given the wrong key, had to wait on hold for 20 minutes to fix it .
MELISSA ROnce again, this is not the place we wanted to drop off the vehicle. We had to go 1 hour out of our way to do so and were not compensated for this. We were charged extra mileage. This is not the first time this has happened to us.
MICHAEL CJim was great! He was kind on the phone and answered all questions. Pick-up was easy and so was the return process.
