Was offered blankets, furniture and utility dolly. Turned down the dolly's. Still charged for dolly's. Will be calling for refund tomorrow.

Better train the staff and ensure that they do a proper wall around inspection of the vehicle before it leaves the lot. Also explain the difference between a one way rental and in town.

I was charged for two dollies but never used them because the type we needed- there was only one and it was broken. I will never go to this location ever again as they were unable to reimburse me for the charge and now I'm stuck calling Uhaul customer service, who do not seem to pick up and I've been waiting on hold for 30 mins now. Of all the times I've used Uhual, this is the worst exp and next time will use Home Depot's rental trucks.

The vehicle was clean. The problem was they just painted the bumper and the door was painted shut. I had to waste time and mileage to go back. Then they said to try to push it up several times to break the paint seal. That was ridiculous!

The online process to pick up and leave the van was laborious with multiple photos needed. It took about 15 minutes each time. It would have been easier to have the attendant at the gas station do it with a clip board

We had difficulty returning to the truck to our chosen drop off location. When we called U-Haul for help, they informed us they changed the drop off location. We worked to get a closer drop off location than the one U-Haul switched us to, which still ended up putting us 4 miles over our original mileage...and U-Haul charged us for the extra miles, even though they changed the location on us. We don't feel like we should have been charged for a change U-Haul made, not us.

I reserved a 10' truck at the Mt. Kisco location, (where I live) for this past Sunday and was assured that even though the location was closed I could open the truck with the app on my phone. Several hours later I was contacted by U-Haul and told that I had to rent at a different location many miles away. I'm really angry about this and would like a $10 credit for the additional mileage it cost me. Thank you.

The original drop off location listed on the paperwork did not exist any longer it has been torn down. I called the pickup location after driving around for twenty minutes and they told me to drop it off anywhere and then charged me for over miles.

I was surprised to learn that I ordered a dolly with my rental when I didn't only blankets and instead of ten I got six which I found out wasn't needed. Since most vehicles are be equipped with a rear camera It would be nice If your vans had one ...it is difficult navigating just with side mirrors and since I have physical issues this is a problem. Lastly, nice folks I rent from but not audible enough to understand what they are saying . I had to ask the woman to repeat her words several times. Oh, and she did not know how to drive the vehicle backwards and having to do it between to large vehicles with my own issues was not fair at all.

I checked in online so the experience could not have been smoother . The attendant was very courteous, and the whole check in process was just a couple of minutes . Upon return it went just as smoothly . I highly recommend this location. And check in online to save yourself a wait.

Everything went well, but I believe there was a confusion with the mileage. Shame on me never check when I picked up. I drove from Yorktown heights to fishkill nyc and back no detours at all. And I drove 160 miles REALLY!! But what ever, I did what needed

Truck was filthy in and out. Windshield was so dirty you could hardly see to drive right out of the parking lot. Attendant unwilling to go over contract and just wanted to have it signed. He did not examine truck before we took it, just gave us the key. If he did open the back, he could have seen how dirty it was. We had to clean the truck before using it. FALSE ADVERTISING! I know the big numbers say $19.95 a day PLUS fees...but $.79 a mile?? I thought that was the cost of mileage over my 200 mile estimate. After all the fees (environmental, rental tax), I paid $80 a day! I never would have rented a Uhaul if I knew how expensive it was going to be- hence the problem... The people at the Yorktown location do not speak English that well- and did not make it clear what the final cost would be....but maybe that is Uhaul's policy- suck you in with a cheap price then gouge you for 4 times as much. I am an artist doing shows- with a slim profit margin, so this makes me think I really can't afford to do shows unless I can get to them in my own vehicle. I rented the Cargo Van, a Ford, which had only 5000 miles on it- and was comfortable for me to drive. It was nice- but I won't be doing that again. Thanks for the life lesson.

The truck was not there when I arrived 2 hrs early or at 10:00am when I was scheduled to pick up. By 10:30 am they had no idea as to where it was. Customer service had no record of where the truck was either.

There were some empty cans in the cab of the van. It was a little dirty. Overall it was a good expiernce. Easy in and out and a friendly employee.
