Consuelo RCharged incorrectly I was charged for 53 miles instead of 8 miles and they charge me for someone that previously broke the mirror and I’ve not received a refund yet or no one called me about anything so now I’m am disputing the Charge
jacqui bNothing directly against this location but I Would have preferred to pick up at my requested location which was a main U-Haul location. The truck did not have windshield washer fluid and the passenger side wiper blade was damaged. I never received a call prior to my pickup date and when I arrived at U-Haul moving and storage promptly at opening 7am at 5871 Copley Drive in San Diego they told me my reservation was at a liquor store Keg and Bottle and they didn’t open until 9am. Because I had movers scheduled at 8am, the great lady at Copley Drive was able to find a truck at the Ace Hardware in Tierrasanta and they opened at 7:30am. Ace hardware didn’t have the Dolly’s and moving blankets I requested in stock so I had to go back to Copley Drive location. Overall a stressful experience but it worked out and I was able to get the truck home to our waiting movers by 8:30am.
