Get a different attendant. The attendant refused to look at my cell phone saying that he needed the reservation on his computer. I had to call U-Haul customer service to call him to help us! Ridiculous!! This location is convenient to us, but the service is atrocious! After a call from his field manager, he threw the keys to the rent at us!

Thank you for your time and service. As a long time customer of U-Haul I can appreciate goid service and consistant billing to make it a fair deal. Hiwever on my last invoice I notice a discrepancy related the actual expect bill. I notice that they charge me for two days even though I only used the truch which was a little smaller than the last one that I used the week before. I am paying more for miles of usage and I using equipment that's suppise to be cheaper. But what bothers me is thst they use the after 24s to bill me for another day. I want a correction on my bill and I'd happy with that. I used the vehicle for abt 12 hours and returned it last night around 930pm. The billing suggests that they waited untill pass 11AM or something to charge me extra. I don't appreciate that. Thank you and perhaps you won't hear from me again if everything gets corrected. Thank you for your time and concern. Happy easter

Thank you U haul for making my transition a smooth sail. When moving stuff from point A to point B there are quite a few moments of stress and high enxiety; however, getting your reserved moving truck shouldn't be one of them. I appreciate the fact that U-Haul is there for me when ever I need to depend on them. My motto for U haul should be Happy trails and you can count on US. Thanks again.

Never got a contract till this morning. Rented truck @ 9pm on 3/20 and returned truck and left keys @ 11:13 pm on the same night I have gps on my car and can prove when I arrived and when I left. I was charged for 2 days. I will be calling my credit company and the attorney generals office . The only thing the person was worried about was going home.

the truck windshield wiper and the lights werent working. It took us longer to return the truck becuase we couldnt see where we were going with the poor lights. This sight has this issue all the time. I have rented from them before thinking that I should give them an opportunity to redeem themselves. Will never rent from them again

From what I understood we had until 10 pm to return the truck. we returned to the location at 9:50 pm and there was no one there. Everything other than that was great!

The location overcharged me for gas by telling me he couldn't read the gauge at the time I returned the truck. Then I received an email receipt showing the wrong guage reading after filling up the tank at their station. Clearly, it's their way to rip off customers.

The truck was full of snow, it was buried behind 2.5 feet of a snow mound, I got the truck stuck in the parking lot. Worse of all the floor of the cargo area was caked with wet rust, the wet rust got all over my stuff I moved, so in turn got all over the inside of both houses... WHY?????????

The first truck they gave me had worn out front tires. Called the main office and they put me in another truck that was brand new in perfect condition. I was very happy about that because it was snowing. Thank you very much for making my move safely !!!!!!

Agent insisted gas should have been filled to 1/2 despite my receipt clearly stating it was at 7/16 - and what I had filled it to. Then she insisted I contact UHAUL to clarify fuel situation. Finally, she wouldn't sign the receipt as requested to confirm the truck was returned damage-free. + Gas at location was expensive

I ordered blankets, which was not included when I picked up the truck. The cashier did not know how to handle that - I had to call the uHaul customer service line for her. I also do not like that uHaul allows the customer to book locations online and pay for everything online to only have the pick up location changed etc. this is the second time that has happened to my bookings this year.

We had reserved a 9' cargo van, but the prior customer had not returned on-time, so we had to pay a bit more money to rent a 10' truck. This is the only reason for the Above Average and not an Excellent rating.
