The low location rating was due to the distance I had to drive to pick up the truck. After making the rental request in Williamsburg but having to drive 35 min to pick up the truck was very inconvenient. The checking out of the truck went well and the person who checked out the truck was helpful. *The truck I rented had a dysfunctioning passenger seat seat belt. I was left with having a passenger that did not have a functioning seat belt. This was very concerning and I hope it was repaired.
