1 step process. I did everything online and still had to do the same there plus additional information at pickup. We did not use mobile pickup.

SCAM ALERT!!! He charges for the insurance even though I declined it. Then he acts like he didnt know. And tells me system does it automatically. I see that, looking at reviews here and google, I am not the first person. I would ask Uhaul to either train the owner how to operate your system or remove him from your system. I won’t be using that store at all.

MICHAEL OThe only problem was there was a $15 charge for protection that I did not notice until later. I declined all extras and only did the rental plus mileage. Not sure how that happened.
