My biggest complaint is that 2 minutes before iI picked up my rental iI was sent an email changing the price, that was all no info. When I got there I was told that they did not have any moving blankets causing frustration and panic. In the 12th hour now I have to scramble and find moving blankets at a cost of $72.00($8.99 each x 12). I made this reservation 2 days in advance and should not have been subjected to this incompetence with a company as large as U-Haul. Nor should I have to call and make sure everything is in order. Moving pads should have been brought to the facility that I rented the equipment from.

1 step process. I did everything online and still had to do the same there plus additional information at pickup. We did not use mobile pickup.
Michael SSCAM ALERT!!! He charges for the insurance even though I declined it. Then he acts like he didnt know. And tells me system does it automatically. I see that, looking at reviews here and google, I am not the first person. I would ask Uhaul to either train the owner how to operate your system or remove him from your system. I won’t be using that store at all.

MICHAEL OThe only problem was there was a $15 charge for protection that I did not notice until later. I declined all extras and only did the rental plus mileage. Not sure how that happened.
