This was the 2nd location I had to go to in order to get the truck and trailer. Then they did not have dollies or moving pads and I had to go to another location.

TONJA WCustomer service was great. The ladies at this location were very helpful and had me in a truck in just a few minutes. The only recommendation I would make is for the employees to do a quick pre trip inspection on the vehicle before a customer leaves. The loading ramp came out of the back at about 60mph on the highway shortly after pickup. It was jammed in the out position which left me stranded on the side of the Hwy for about an hour. I ended up having to have tools brought to me and fixing it myself. The app or link to get U-Haul roadside assistance is a joke. A phone number to call for assistance would be much easier.
