When I went to pick up truck they told me they couldn’t rent me the truck. They had no idea what they were doing. I had to be persistent to even get the truck. It was very stressful but the U-Haul customer service was helpful.

It was a nice place and the young gentleman was very pleasant. My only complaint is the signage. All there is, is a small sidewalk sign. Was very hard to see. But the service was great.

Leonard MWhen we received this rental it was a mess and smelled horrible. We have pictures. It was trash and food I’m the truck and we had to clean it before we could use it ourselves. I tried to reach out to the specific location and no one would answer my phone calls.
