I was moving out of state and had to rent a two way instead of a one way truck!!! My location had one for one way but when I went to get it they had none after reservation. Wanted me to drive 40 miles to get a one way or stay local for a two way truck. Why the fuck would I drive 40 miles and go out of my way to get it. So got stuck with a two way in which the state that I was moving out of I had to return it back to that state it was an inconvenience. Why the fuck would I want to return it to from which I was moving from. You fucking suck would never recommend you people or company. I would rather die than do that. So fuck off

How U-Haul Reviews Workthere was a sexual toy stuck to the inside wall of truck
Cathy PWhen I went to pick up truck they told me they couldn’t rent me the truck. They had no idea what they were doing. I had to be persistent to even get the truck. It was very stressful but the U-Haul customer service was helpful.
Carie TIt was a nice place and the young gentleman was very pleasant. My only complaint is the signage. All there is, is a small sidewalk sign. Was very hard to see. But the service was great.
