TAMMY J- I drove the 15’ U-Haul on a ford chassis my issues include: - interior/exterior were dirty - tires were flipped couldn’t read DOT one was dry rotted badly (I have pictures) not safe at all especially moving an apartment in it - upon arrival of moving destination went to move U-Haul and both battery terminals were loose that’s also definitely not safe - the starter will briefly grind after starting Not very cool. $120
SKYYLAR AEnded up $88 for 1 1/2 hour use. Cheated on the mileage. Added insurance I said no. Go to Home Depot-they won’t cheat you.
DENNIS CUnited Motorsports was friendly and made it a very easy transaction. My problem is with the website. It lead me to believe that the vehicle I requested, a cargo van, could be available at this location, but after completing the online purchase I received a call from a representative informing me that vehicle is only available in Beaumont or Redlands 10-12 miles away respectively.
