Went to pick up the truck at 9am and were told the guy who can authorize it should be there in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later called U-Haul to get information as he was still gone. Once he showed up about 10 minutes later, getting the truck was no problem. Being my first time getting a truck I didn’t do the mobile app.
Cristen GLocation is NOT identified as a U=Haul business via signs or location. Took me 15 minutes of pulling into 3 different driveways to see the trucks in the back of the buildings and still unsure of the office. Building is a motorsports, tires and tinting signage out front - recommend putting a U-Haul sign out. Truck and service were great once I found the office - no concerns there. Just difficult to locate. After hours drop was easy and useful.

joseph fThere are zero uhaul signs anywhere, only knew it was the correct spot because there were two other trucks parked and the geolocation was correct for the app. The attached company’s name wasn’t the same name per the contract. No drop box for keys, so had to wait until the next day to again drive to the location to hand off keys. Very strange experience. Even told the employee that it’s strange there’s absolutely zero signs saying uhaul and that it’s very hard to find. Only blank stares.
