1. I was told I couldn't find out the drop off location until I picked up the trailer. Once I picked up the trailer, I was told I couldn't get the drop off location until I arrived. This was very inconvenient for the people who were helping me move at the destination point. I was also told that when I did drop it off, it could be at night and didn't have to adhere to office hours. 2. Then while traveling to the destination I get a call saying I have to have the trailer returned by 5pm and no later than that if I was to return it that day. This process caused a lot of stress for everyone involved. Very discocerting.

Rocky SThe retail pick up location was not open at 10 am & The truck I reserved was not at the site. After waiting for the retail to open because I got dropped off I was told my truck wasn’t there. It was in another city. Then the guy proceeded to help another customer behind me who hadn’t even reserved a truck
TRISA MThe dealer was very nice and great to deal with. His lot was plenty large. But I had to drive over 25 miles to get the trailer that I needed. I was told when I made the reservation that the trailer type that I needed, a 5x8 enclosed with a ramp, would be available in La Quinta or Indio. It was not. Hence my rating of the location.
