People like her need to be appreciated and rewarded. (No she didn,t ask me or suggest that I say this.. I worked in customer service for over thirty years and it matters for return customers.)
Margaret MThis Uhaul location is fantastic and the staff are amazing. The box truck was clean, but the door was crudely repaired at some point and would not close properly on a consistent basis. I made the staff aware when I returned. Not a reflection on the location, simply awareness that the door needs to be repaired properly for the vehicle to be safe. This is my #1 uhaul location, they do a great job
