That lady that I spoke to was so very helpful is setting up my return with all the info I needed and followed up with a phone call to let me know it was received and checked in. much more efficient than my pickup in Colorado. People like her need to be appreciated and rewarded. (No she didn,t ask me or suggest that I say this.. I worked in customer service for over thirty years and it matters for return customers.)

This Uhaul location is fantastic and the staff are amazing. The box truck was clean, but the door was crudely repaired at some point and would not close properly on a consistent basis. I made the staff aware when I returned. Not a reflection on the location, simply awareness that the door needs to be repaired properly for the vehicle to be safe. This is my #1 uhaul location, they do a great job
