Sketchy location. It was not the location where i reserved the truck, but was notified the morning of pickup that i had to get it there. They charged me about $200 more than the quoted amount of my contract!!

KEITH JThis location was Closed when I arrived to drop off the trailer. I un-hitched the trailer, took pictures of the outside and inside of the trailer, then called the contact number. I left a message that the trailer was at the location for drop-off. I received a receipt later that afternoon showing the return of the trailer and that it had been received by the location.
MARK CWhen I dropped off the trailer. The worker was outside working on a lawn mower. He would not help to return the trailer. They called me the next day saying that I had not returned the trailer. She had to go to the lot to find the trailer. Very unprofessional.
DAVID NU-Haul moved my reservation from a clean safe location in Baton Rouge (where I booked it) to this junk yard in the 'hood which was over 40 minutes away from where I booked it. The rating is only this good because of how friendly the people were, U-Haul itself would get a 1.
