Drop off was easy. It's a dank gas station, but it didn't interfere with the drop off.

Debra WWe didn’t have the best experience with our U-Haul rental. We originally reserved a 10-foot truck, which was the appropriate size for our move, but when we arrived, we were told they had run out and were given a much larger truck instead. It was completely oversized for what we needed and made the drive unnecessarily stressful. We also ordered two dollies but only received one, which made the moving process more difficult than it needed to be. Lastly, we specifically chose a location that advertised 24/7 pickup, and we even received confirmation the day before that everything was set up for self-service. But when we arrived early in the morning, the system told us we needed assistance from a staff member, and we had to wait around until 7 a.m. for someone to show up. Overall, it felt disorganized and inconvenient.
DOUGLAS BThe “staff” here said they were too busy to check in the vehicle when I dropped it off around mid day on Wednesday and said they might not even check it in until the next day!
