The “staff” here said they were too busy to check in the vehicle when I dropped it off around mid day on Wednesday and said they might not even check it in until the next day!

Muddy and dark. I’m glad this was the drop off location and not the pick up location. Please drop off during the day as the lighting was minimal.

Nobody there to inspect returns or talk to about dropped off vehicles/equipment Pot holed throughout the area where vehicles were stored and dropped off - picked up. Not very professional.

Gravel parking lot no info about anything anywhere just trucks sitting in a lot. Also truck door was bent like someone had tried to break in so it had wind noise my whole trip and also leaked while driving in the rain which dripped in the seat and soaked my back the whole trip.

Maintenance is key.. Out of spec alignments and squeaky brakes do not inspire confidence.
