My phone's settings wouldn't allow location feature to work no matter what I changed in settings. If my driver's phone hadn't of worked I don't know what we would have done...45 minutes later we retrieved the key and left. Exhausting. I had asked for 5 moving pads and there were none, money owed back to me please. My drivers friend stripped all their transaction. However the customer service young woman on the chat feature was absolutely awesome, patient, sweet and knowledgeable.
