Truck was dirty Gas tank was less than 1/2 full. Pick up was supposedly a self serve pick up and I was not told that when you changed my reservation from my preferred location to this new location. Nobody called me to inform me of the change of location. No one on site knew how to help me with the rental because the on-site U-Haul person who works at the grocery store with the chucks are Store had luck for the day even though it was 430
JOY MCheck air pressures prior to rental. We had low pressure on one of four tires. Ratchet mechanisms need lubrication. Left rear clearance lamp Inoperable. Possible electrical conflict with tow vehicle.

andrew wAs soon as i passed the keys to the lady behind the counter i got a call from there Headquarters saying that the local police is looking for my truck cause apparently someone was abandoning there items on the side of the road where i was clearly at a storage facility kinda sketchy to be honest i will pass next
