Customer service was horrible. Sales rep wouldn't make eye contact, dismissive and condescending. Drop off representative was on the phone with a family member through our entire interaction. Very disrespectful, lazy. Made me photograph the odometer rather than walking out with me to check things over.

BRENT DThe worst customer experience in the country. Threatened to punch me 3 times, doesn't care for the equipment and gave me the oldest crappiest trailer available that while driving feels like its going to shake itself apart.
BEAU GThe only thing is they returned the $150 fee as a credit card return and not a debit return. This is not right that i have to wait for the $150 to be returned to my account.
