We had an emergency break down of our company truck on the way to set up for an event and the lady on the phone totally helped us quickly rent a truck and the man at this location helped us quickly even thought it was past closing time and we got the rental truck and handled the emergency in time. Guy was pretty rude...not paying attention to me,told me I had to take my truck back at 7am at another location and I drove around for an hour the next day because the other uhaul did not open for an hour, it was a waste of time and to sum it up he charged my card twice I will never come back

I was satisfied with my whole transaction except for the part about returning my truck after hours. This process has changed since the last time I rented a vehicle. The new program that requires taking multiple photos and uploading them over a website that requires the customer to register an account is kind of overkill. I was on that lot after 11pm attempting to follow the directions from a little video with absolutely no luck. I finally jotted down notes, snapped a pic of odometer and fuel gauge (for my own records) and dropped the truck keys through the slot and into the box. the next morning I checked my bank card online to see that I had been billed in full for my rental. Easy Peazy! Keep in mind....that just because (almost) everyone carries a cell phone these days, that doesn't mean they are savvy about uploads, downloads, attachments, etc. I say "Keep it simple" and trust the staff at these locations to be able to handle the final billing related to equipment returned after hours. Just my opinion.

Another great U-Haul rental. Easy to reserve online. Fast check-out at store, and even faster check in/return of equipment. Emailed receipt is the "icing on the cake"! Have rental from U-Haul for years in several different cities and have always found great service and clean equipment!

I was told by agent Domonique that if I went over 100 miles (as I planned to do), I would get the $89 day rate. I rented a truck based on this information, and because I was given this rate previously at this location. I was not given this rate - and had to pay $160. I am really upset, as I have a small business and we rely on U-Haul for occasional deliveries. I am questioning if another company will be a better choice for us. If there is anything you can do to honor that rate, I would appreciate it. Thank you.

Truck could have been a bit cleaner on the outside, but the inside was great. I'm actually going to go back down there tomorrow because I'm a little pissed that I was charged 9.00 for fuel, when I turned the truck in at EXACTLY the same level. Overall, I've rented a truck for 1/2 a day 3 times this month. And I'm very happy with the convenience and service at this location.

There was a very long wait (1 hour and 15 minutes) just to get to the rental counter on pickup Sunday morning. There was only one person manning the office. There needed to be at least one more employee on site. Other than that, everything was fine.

Because I kept the rental truck 2 hours longer than expected, the call service center, not rental location, indicated I would have to pay double. I was irate! Fortunately, the franchise employee charged me properly.

They had my paperwork all screwed up and we're trying to charge me for four days when I only had a two day rental !!!! Shame on U-Haul

Nothing. One problem was that the streets were blocked off right at the uHaul place then up the block then down the block, and at the freeway exit next to uHaul, by street workers, making it near impossible to return the van and I drove 8 extra miles out of my way to get back to them. That's $8 I could have saved. I was very frustrated, told them I should get a discount on the mileage, but they couldn't care less. I'll go to a different uHaul next time.

Fuel gauges have been wrong on both rentals, corrected before I left. Also everything they changed on April 28th rental -address etc, not saved in UHAUL program, inefficient.
