At 10:30 am the day my trailer was due, I waited in line to check my trailer in. The man that helped me said to drop the trailer where it was and he would get it checked in shortly. It still wasn’t checked in that evening prompting a call from me to U-Haul. I provided a photo of the trailer dropped on time. If I hadn’t called and provided proof, the trailer wasn’t checked in for more than 24 hrs after it was dropped off. I would say to improve the process, do your job.(if a customer waits in line to check a trailer in check the trailer in-don’t make the customer call to prove they brought it back in time)

Ramon RThe operator was okay to work with. But, when my friends returned pads and an appliance dolley, he wouldn’t give them a receipt saying they didn’t need one. When I returned the truck and the remaining pads, I had to plead my case since I didn’t have a receipt.
