This was the worst possible experience I think I could ever have. This was the first and possibly the last time I’ll ever use U-Haul again. This location shared a space with a weed distribution store. The truck itself smelled horrible. I was promised the truck to be picked up at the Liberty MO location by a Liberty employee And was completely lied to about the whole process. my entire moving plan revolved around picking up the truck and I had to change the date and the time just to find a truck somewhere in Kansas City that was available. This made the moving process more stressful than I ever imagined.
