This location sucks. First, I requested a dolly but this location (a gas station) doesn't have dollies. Yet, the website said it did. Because of this, I had to drive 20 miles round trip out of my way to get a dolly from my warehouse. Additionally, I was charged a $20.00 after hours service fee even though I didn't need any after hours service. He said it was because I didn't do a self return, which I don't think is an option at this location. I picked up and returned witih him during business hours. Please explain to me how that is "after hours." UHaul owes me money for the after hours service fee and the miles that I drove. Please refund me $40.00.
