I booked online for 2 days (pick up 28th, drop of 30th). I added the $30 insurance and estimated miles. When i got to Star Market, the guy asked me all the same questions. He said do you want to add insurance? I said I already did online, he said its $15 per day, I said I know, its all confirmed. Then he asked how many days I needed it. Its like he didnt look at my booking at all. The tank was only on 1/4 which is ridiculous. They should just fill it so we can fill it up at the end of trip and not in the middle and guess. Then the lady from Star Market called me on the 29th and started the conversation with "You're late! You were supposed to drop it off by 9:00 AM this morning!". I said no, our booking was for 2 days. She said no! I will have to add a day! I said that youve already put a $156.00 hold on my card, that covers the 2 days. She said thats just a hold! I said I know, but with that amount of hold, you'd see its for TWO days. She said I'm going to have to add another day to your booking and I said no! Do not put an extra hold on my card. She hung up on me. I called back to make sure she didnt charge me more. She was talking to customers while on the phone with me when I was talking and just overall very unprofessional. This place should not contract with uhaul. It was embarrassing to pick up such a well known name from this place. Never recommend.

Fix the AC in the truck
AUSTIN LVery blase. Like a burden
Sandi JI returned the truck and buy 2 gallons gas just right in front of the shop, they are the gas station, he still charged me 2 more gallons of gas , that’s ridiculous. How can we just rent the truck less than 13 miles using 4 gallons of gas???? Total charge for $80 for this trip!! And the truck has no AC and dirty . Such a horrible experience
roy sI drove 3 miles. They lied about the gas line on return. Charged me an additional 70+ dollars for gas. The gas gauge did not move. I disputed the charge on check in and never got a call like I should have before charges went through.
