the truck are pack like sardines, they are not cleaned, we had to enter through the passenger door as it was parked too close to the next truck. it is inside a mini store so you dont know whether to go deeper into the alley for the other business or enter the mini store. its confusing in there - she is trying to run 4 things at once and she can be rudeOrlando R.

Rental truck had the dash all lit up with ABS, check engine and stabiltrak needing service on the road leaving the rental place. Renter did not seem to care. Totally overcharged beyond contracted $55. Told me to just toss the key on the counter. No check out, no receipt. I put the gas level as received (1/2 tank). Just called and had to file a dispute with U Haul for $223 overcharge.Al C.

The lady that "greeted" me was very rude. She ignored me saying that I had a reservation, even though the truck I reserved was waiting outside, because the "internet was down". She refused to look at the reservation email I had received from U-Haul, and kept trying to get me to make a new reservation, even though I had already paid online. She finally got the owner of the store on the phone to fulfill my reservation, but the price increased from what I had paid online and I had to pay the difference with my credit card. She told me that the gas in the truck was "1 point less than half a tank", but refused to give me any paperwork stating that or confirming the condition of the truck, like is usually the case when I rent from U-Haul. I confirmed it was a little less than half a tank, but found out at the drop off she had marked it as 3/4 full! She then threw the key on the counter and said, "Go." I told her I had reserved a utility dolly, and she said "Then go get one from over there!" I tried to be polite and told her "Thank you. Have a nice day." to which she responded by making a shooing motion with her hand. This was easily the WORST pickup I have ever experienced from U-Haul, and makes me question if I should do business with U-Haul in the future.Michael C.

I talked to one store worker who took my request (in person) and later confirmed via phone that a box truck would be available at 11 am for me. I showed up 10 minutes early and they said I didn't have a reservation. No confirmation code was given to me over the phone. So, I had to deal with a pick-up truck with a bed height of 3.5 feet off the ground. Truck had 2,000 miles on and ran fine.DAVID S.

It was a weird janky little shop. I had to return the U-Haul to the same location instead of dropping it off 5 minutes away from my new house at a U-Haul like usual. The lady was rude at the gas station I got it from. Even though I was crunched for time she let people come in and cut ahead of me to buy their cigarettes and things. Also I had to park it in a fire zone per their request, and she said if it wasn't in the line they would charge me $200. It was a 20ft U-Haul, there was no way it would fit in their lines. Location rented out the truck I reserved which delayed me by 4 hrs. I also rented furniture pads and paid to only find out there were only five and they were dirty. Cashier stated they would correct the number and give a refund. Haven't seen refund yet. Will never use this location again and will tell others to avoid it!Eric S.

This convenience store could care less about their U-Haul customers. We weren't suppose to pick up at this location to begin with. After making reservations at least 2 weeks prior, we received a call day before pick up to tell us we had to drive much farther and spend more on gas to pick up our reserved truck! Unacceptable. We've rented from you 3 times before, I'll go elsewhere next the need arises. And then upon returning truck, they were going to charge an additional $4 for extra miles. I had them remove that. I ordered a dolly with my rental, but the truck did not have one. My wife had to drive back and ask for it. Make sure all equipment that you push on customers is actually included in the truck at the time of pickup.Edgar V.

This place is a joke, was attempting to fill up the gas tank but the pump would not work. The rude lady at the counter said â€œmaybe there is moisture in the tankâ€ how the fuck am I supposed to know if there is moisture in the tank? Appliance dolly gets used hard by many and for things it probably ought not be used! The wheels and stair roller guides were very sticky and tight needing to be cleaned and lubed. The hard rubber wheels were embedded with rocks and metal debris. Also, the appliance protection strips were cracked and missing sections.Roy F.

I didn't get the dolly I cleverly ordered. Hold times are not helpful, and neither was the chat rep. I drove to uhaul, only to be told to go back to the pick up location to receive the dolly Who has time for that?? I never did receive it. This was my worst uHaul experience ever. I had to carry the dozen moving sheets and a dolly by myself when the worker could've easily helped OR put it in the UHaul before I got there like I've previously experienced. On top of this, the UHaul was parked in a terrible spot. It took me 30+ mins just to pull out of where it was parked. The UHaul was parked diagonally, squeezed into a spot that required me to move my mirror in multiple times, in between a dumpster and another UHaul that made it redicUlouS to get it out. I was super frustrated in the customer service and I won't be renting from this location again.Jake K.
