It was parked so far back, I had to climb the giant, unsafe rock piles to get far enough away to take side pick of the truck. Inside, the truck was dirty, stained, and food crumbs and coffee stains everywhere on the floor and on the seats. The app is absolutely, the worst experience I have ever had in my life. It took 40 minutes to get approved to get the code for the keys. Absolute terrible app and experience.

Corrine DMy reservation was changed to this location due to the other one not having the size truck i needed and they didn't have it there. The closest was all the way in Yucca valley. That's almost an hour away. Very inconvenient. This is the 2nd time in less than a year I've had issues getting the right vehicle using uhaul.
