Inside of cab was clearly not cleaned and needed a wipe down with sticky stuff on the seats. Other than that the experience was excellent!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkStaff was very friendly and helpful
Lakeisha CTruck interior was not cleaned well. Cop holders and center console had dried liquid which I had to clean. The truck itself should have never been cleared for a 1,150 mile trip. Steering pulled heavily to the left. Needs a front end alignment. At highway speed the entire truck vibrated. Either from the misalignment or wheels not being balanced.

CHERYLA DEasy check in, but truck itself was not in good shape—had lots of cracks and holes, interior was full of debris/dirt/dust and check engine light was on. In addition to that the driver door open error would periodically come on and have to spend time shutting it several times which was annoying and concerning in addition to the other issues
