Robyn ANothing. This person was helpful and knowledgeable about the whole UHaul business. The only thing is, because I paid cash, I had to put down a $60 deposit...cash. When I took the trailer back the lady said the company will issue a check. I wasn't happy about it, but at least I should get my $60 back.
