Matthew NThe U-haul shops in town where i booked the rental did not have a trailer so i had to drive 30 minutes to pick one up. This site was very good, but inconvenient for me to have to go to, and they did not have any furniture pads so we had to go back to our original city to rent these.
Jack SWhen my mother dropped it off, they tried to charge her am extra $30. I called the drop of location and complained. The girl said they would reverse the charges, and as far a i know, they haven't.. so if you could look into that, that'd be great. If so, thank you. If not, shame on you! One star review!
