fast rental. was in and out in about 15 minutes. The lady worker was friendly and took care of us in a timely manner. Return was even faster and easy. Took no more than 10 minutes to return truck and be on our way home. Would definitely rent again and recommend to a friend. The only inconvenience found was not in the service but with uhaul policy for deposits. I don't understand to this day why deposits vary from rental to rental. I've rented about 4 times now and each time deposit is different and i can't figure out why? Is this a uhaul company generated deposit or employee best discretion based? Other than that, service was fine and easy. Also, they had availability for Friday to Saturday with a one-day notice. (Ordered on Thursday evening.)

Andre BThe first truck we were given was covered in ice (even though all the other trucks had been de-iced) and the heater was broken. This resulted in it being unsafe to drive as we had no way to defog the windows in freezing weather. The second truck we were given had a broken parking break. It took over an hour after our rental start time to get a functioning truck.
