The truck was clean and in good working condition when I picked it up. When I spoke with the location on the phone prior to pick up, they were very helpful and nice. Since they're closed on Saturdays, I opted to do self-checkout on the U-Haul app. The process would have been very simple, but the U-Haul site was down. That was very frustrating, but even U-Haul corporate customer service was very, very helpful.

HAGOP NWe wanted to let you know that the transmission shifts really super hard when you’re driving there might be something going wrong with it and the inside needs cleaned. There was spilled soda or coffee. The inside was not clean at all. We actually had to clean it before we traveled in this particular truck. The customer service is impeccable. Everyone is always friendly. This is not our first time to rent from them, but it is the first time that we received a dirty truck.
